Keep the spirits up...+5K for you
Oh my mistake you're from Djibouti. Yes I wish Canada was as successful as a Horn of Africa country 😂😂😂
very well entertained indeed lol the entertainment is top notch nowadays. it's not your imagination. divide and conquer. but we're doing it to ourselves. at least we can say we deserve it when the shit hitting the fan can't be ignored any longer lol. i think most people are overworked and too tired do anything about it. mental illness is clearly on the rise too, so i guess a lot of people are hopeless. learned helplessness is a bitch
Some +K back at you. Don't hate all thrillers btw.
and i'm sure america and russia would've been more than happy to oblige. not only would america and russia get to watch two other potential enemies destroy each other, but they'd likely get rights to resources and various other things in exchange for their support. now they're probably appealing to china, which is why china is mining the shit out of africa right now. i watched some documentary ages ago, which, if i remember correctly, was about a bunch of eritreans who had escaped to ethiopa and then immigrated elsewhere. one of the guys started a radio show to get the information out there since, supposedly, they suppress communication technologies like the internet there. i wonder, though, how it stacks up to other places around the world. it's sad. the world's fucked, the whole world. even in "western" nations our rights are gradually being taken away. it's like boiling a frog. stick a frog in cold water and gradually turn the heat up and the frog never notices.
It is. Sorry to make light of the subject. I understand that they make terrible human rights violations. I recall America backed them in abid to emancipate from Ethiopia, and it went south. My neighbor is from Ethiopia, and he says that America and russia often involve themselves in African disputes. Or at least they used to, not so much any longer. Now its just America.
damn alright. i've heard that eritrea is a full blown dictatorship right now, but to my knowledge every nation on earth is essentially authoritarian, so who knows how it really stacks up
is it really as bad in eritrea as the media makes it out to be?
For your comment +5 k. Welcome.
This is from Wikipedia on Plutonium.; A commonly cited quote by Ralph Nader states that a pound of plutonium dust spread into the atmosphere would be enough to kill 8 billion people. However, calculations show that one pound of plutonium could kill no more than 2 million people by inhalation. This makes the toxicity of plutonium roughly equivalent with that of nerve gas
well, the free syrian army revolted against Assad because they want the rule of law and democracy, not a dictator. thier number includes syrian christians, I seriously doubt they want an islamic theocracy - thats isis, thier enemy. however, your opinions on the free syrian army are so far from mine no serious discussion is possible. i suggest we not waste any more time on it.
the rate of decay of isotopes cannot be altered by any known means - thats why atomic clocks are the most reliable known clocks, accurate to quantum packets of time (the smallest possible bit of time). The 'density' of a theoretical box would be directly proportional to its mass and therefore weight .. so the box to be really effective could weigh hundreds or thousands of tons, obviously absurd. Hazmat suits only protect against chemical agents, bacteria, viruses and airborne fallout - not isotopic gamma rays at all, that would be lead-lined aprons and whatnot. Comparing radiation exposure to nerve gas .. is like comparing camels to the internet. Thats not a good example, metaphor fails me here lol. Im tellin ya, bein in a room for only a few minits without a serious lead barrier that close to a 5 or 10 kg lump of plutonium, it means horrible death in a few days. I think youre just making stuff up to avoid admiting you have no idea how this shit works
The FSA are listed as terrorists by the CIA, NSA, MI6, and Wikipedia.I looked it up. So, yeah. Terrorists. Its not goals that make a group terrorists, its methods. They also have very close ties to the Muslim Brotherhood from what i am reading, which means they would take Syria in the direction of a Muslim Theocracy. No thanks. That would pose danger to the US,and to Israel. Not to mention it being undemocratic, and not good for the people. Why are they "good guys"? I can see the EU or Obama supporting them, but then Obama had unusual sympathy for Islamic cause, and the EU is an odd, faceless globalist bureaucracy, so who knows what they might support or even who "they" are. The US military certainly could engage the FSA. There is nothing odd about that. I don't see them as our allies.
the FSA arent really seen as terrorist (tho no doubt they have a share of atrocities), most western leaders would say they are the 'good guys' in syria, the ones it is most desireable defeat both assad and isis and form a new govornment - leaders like Obama sent them doctors, med supplies, bullet proof armour, but drew a line at weapons .. what, does the seals show portray them as baddies?
I've read each of those books and seen each of those movies. You're right, some of the movies are very very good. But I only have to look at Needful Things, The Langoliers, Dark Tower, Delores Claiborne, The Mist and Under the Dome to see how they butcher King. Also, Misery the book was ten times more frightening. Kathy Bates did a decent job, but what I hate is they take out so much of what makes King, King. The humor. The shocking moments that make you remember his words for decades. Thanks for your thoughts though. I've been a life-long fan of King and it's just hard to watch most of his work show up as sub-par on the screen. Kudos to you.
Already watched two films. American Assassin which was amazing, and Dark Tower which was amazingly bad. Thank you uploaders. I am very impressed with this place. All these yummy movies!
